Historical Re-enactments with Horses

Our horses are available for historical re-enactments. Having undertaken specialist stunt training, they are fully trained to cope with busy, noisy and crowded environments. From jousting and parades to civil war re-enactments, we can provide horses for events and productions across the country.

Our Historical Re-enactments

To date, we have provided horses for many famous re-enactments and parades such as The Sealed Knot for the Battle of Nantwich, English Civil War Society and The American Civil War Society.

What We Can Do for Your Event

We can provide a selection of highly trained horses and riders, carriages and coachmen for all kinds of re-enactments, parades and displays. Just tell us what you want and we will be able to provide a complete service including traditional dress. All events are fully project managed and we also hold full commercial insurance. Our event services are available for both private hire and public displays.

Traditional Dress to the Last Detail

Our talented team are perfectionists, so no matter what the occasion, our horses, riders and coachmen are dressed in historically accurate attire, down to the very last detail. As such, we can provide an authentic experience that truly reflects history.

Battle of Nantwich – Holy Holy Day

Our team regularly takes part in the Battle of Nantwich. This is a popular re-enactment recounting historical events that took place in 1644 during the English Civil War. It normally takes place in January. For further information, visit the Battle of Nantwich website here.

Prince Rupert’s Lifeguard of Horse

Prince Rupert’s Lifeguard of Horse is the royalist cavalry regiment of The Sealed Knot. Our horses and riders take part in cavalry re-enactments presented by The Sealed Knot across the country.
